Title:
Change TextBoxes Direction for RTL languages

Status in gtk+3.0 package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
My and all RTL language users problem is that there us no option to
change text direction in a text-box! for example in windows when i
press left CTRL+SHIFT text direction sets to LTR and when press right
CTRL+SHIFT direction changes to RTL. It is a really big problem for us
and its a essential feature. Also automatic direction detection base
on language direction is not good solution at all.

  shortcuts

Ctrl + Shift = Switch the keyboard layout when multiple keyboard
  layouts are available.
