Launchpad is still timing out trying to mark this as a duplicate... and
it OOPS'ed when using the API too.

aptdaemon at the moment is barely kept alive for update-manager, I'm
hopeful the other components can make use of PackageKit instead and
don't need the ability to calculate dependency problem solutions
themselves.
