Hello,
I can see that this behavior of Nautilus is still valid in 2016 (GTK 3.22)....
Has anybody an info about this? Is it going to be fixed (according to David's
reccomendation in which i fully agree) or will remain like it is ....?

Title:
It is not possible to right-click and drag the files

Bug description:
Right-click and dragging a file could be a useful way to select
whether you want to copy a file or move it. Now you can move a file
left-clicking on it and dragging it to another window. However, if you
want to just copy it, you have to do it manually (select the file,
press copy, go to the target location and clicking on paste). It would
be faster if you could simply right-click the file and drag it to
another window. Then, a popup window should show with two options:
  Copy and Move.
