Title:
Disabling laptop's display enable mirroring of displays

Status in gnome-control-center package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
I have two bugs monitors: external monitor with support of 1920x1080
and laptop's monitor with support of 1336x768.

  Steps to reproduce:
   - Press "hardware" button to turn off laprops's display, Fn+F7 on my
laptop. (I would like to watch a video on the main monitor without light from
laptop's monitor)

  Expected result:
   - Monitor is turned off, nothing happens.

  Actual result:
   - Display configuration is updated to "Mirror display" what results in small
1024x768 resolution
   - If "Mirror display" is on, the original configuration is not restored and
my monitor is instead of left side to laptop on the right side.
