It appears that the file
activemq-core/src/test/resources/org/apache/activemq/config/sample-
conf/jdbc-example.xml
has some garbage in it in both
apache-activemq-4.1.1-src.tar.gz
apache-activemq-4.1.1-src.zip
but it looks ok in the tag/activemq-4.1.1

I think this is now resolved in trunk with commit
The plan was to use embedded Jetty as a file server. It did not support
all this, so I have contributed appropriate servlet filter to add needed
functionality. It will be in the next release of Jetty.
I wonder if the changes managed to get into 6.1.2rc2. Or at least make
it by 6.1.2rc3.
