HI JB
Whilst this is cancelled, as per your heads up, you mentioned JMS 2.0 in
the 5.16.0 release, but i cannot find any JIRA tickets in the release notes
on this.
As obviously to support that on openwire (due to extra features), Can you
point us to the corresponding changes in
"I was talking about the implementation indeed"
In that case disregard my email :) this then should be invisible to
current / end users.

I would be against us bringing in something that makes a nasty barrier for
entry for existing users.
Think about the current situation with classic and artemis where one of the
biggest issues has been that a user

Hi Domenico
Last release it failed somewhere else, but just took current master and
re-checked it, seems its currently failing at this point on windows, this
is doing just a normal build, not even the larger release build with all
tests.
Windows 10
RedHat\java-1.8.0-openjdk-1.8.0.212-3
Maven
es those failures.

Is it worth getting the queue config refactor in before this release? That
Justin has worked on. That way we can have a release with the refactor and
then the test cases could be refactored for the following release.

Hi all,
A small polite ask, in recent it seems we have been committing more and
more using no-jira, in the activemq artemis broker.
Can i ask we revert back to being a little better controlled, with creating
and committing jira's so changes and bug fixes are clear in release.
No-jira really
Thanks Krzysztof for running this release. And congrats on doing your
first.
I have added your Signature Key and as well as copying over the artefacts
to the release dist.
I will let you carry on with the rest of the release process,
e.g. send a PR to the website to update the links, and then

Hi All / PMC,
As part of updating NMS components, particularly NMS AMQP one, we are
wanting to add some CI going forwards, it seems logging into travis i dont
have permissions to setup a new build direct, how do we go about this? As
obviously we have Artemis using Travis.
Any insight
I fogot to mention all votes received for Apache NMS 1.8.0 Relese Cadidate
6 were +1.
Just for records.

Hi
First of all i think this is an excellent effort, and could be a potential
massive positive change.
Before making any change on such scale, i do think we need to ensure we
have sufficient benchmarks on a number of scenarios, not just one use case,
and the benchmark tool used does need to be

For others future reference
Slack it works a diff than IRC unless you have apache.org email, it seems
to been setup by the ASF as invitation only, you just need to ask on dev or
user mail-list for access, and then someone will be able to invite via
email within slack.
