Description:
There are missing *svn:ignore* attributes for some new files and folders that
are created during the build. Following are the list of files and folders that
should be ignored. This affects the new 5.7.0 Release Candidate as well.
Having these left around continually triggers automated build servers to
rebuild the project when it doesn't need to.
