Since the PR to move to JakartaEE 10 API has been merged, would it be possible to have a release with this 'upgrade' so that we could work
on integrating Artemis in JakartaEE 10 compliant Application servers and products ?

I will start a release on Monday then.
I was holding another 2 weeks before I could add some changes in page. But
I can release again soon.
