Chatbot for each gateways

Hi folks. Out of curiosity, is their any plan for adding a chatbot feature into different gateways? This can help users to gain knowledge or seek help about the gateway without needing much of interaction with gateway admins or support team. I have created a jira issue, AIRAVATA-2957
