Hi, I’m trying to create an account and see a message like “Whoops, looks like something went wrong”. I have observed the logs larval.log file while registering to the application and I have observed a thrift exception as follows. Should I install Thrift separately and start the process?

Hello, A few days back I almost reported about the same issue and Marcus suggested me to try #5 troubleshooting steps (from installation guide), "ps wwwaux | grep api-orch", ip address and port, but the issue wasn't resolved. So I would like share my laravel.log file as well. Thanks, Keerthi

Hi Sai. Keerthi, I would like to request you to improve error messages. It could be messages like “Unable to instantiate Airavata IamAdminServices Client” indicate to us few developers that it is related to a connection issue with IAM service and we immediately look for if IAM service is up. I
