+1. All that sounds reasonable, there are precedents, ASF supports Scarf
officially. Would be great to have access to such telemetry data.

I think it's just nice to give a heads up to users. If you want to use python
3.12 you are tied to pendulum 3 and airflow 2.9+. It's our first release that
supports 3.12 so I think it makes sense to add the note.
