I think it's more a short-term hack than reasonable solution, but didn't think
of anything better :)

What do you think of having the Admin toggle be an `h3` instead of a
`li`? I think that might nicely match the other section headers used on some
tools' sidebars. It'll look a little bit different due to the `a` link
styling but I think
