I've had to lower the `lcd_timeout` in forge-allura's .ini file to avoid 500
errors on /p/allura/git/ci/master/tree/ But that leaves us with "unknown"
last commit info.
Here's a timermiddleware instrumentation log from when it was at 15 sec.
