Nightly Builds

Ant has not had nightly builds for some time. For a long time, Ant's nightly builds were produced by one of the Gump runs. In addition to changes in Gump, I think there are some questions around nightly builds. I'm looking for some suggestions as to what we do here. Here are some ideas 1.
