Hi all it's been three years since we last had a release of Ivy and there are a few fixes in master, so I'm planning to cut a patch release.
For the release notes I'm going through the commits to make sure I've got all things covered. I should be labelling all JIRA issues that I find so https://issues.apache.org/jira/projects/IVY/versions/12352487 should sooner or later be complete. Does anybody recall making a change that should be part of the release notes and is not included in JIRA?
