Sounds like flaky com.datatorrent.lib.io.fs.FileSplitterInputTest.testRecoveryOfPartialFile test. It is up to committer to decide if it is OK to ignore Jenkins or Travis test results and merge the PR. It will be good if author of FileSplitterInputTest or anybody else will fix the test. Thank
