I created a new voting thread for a 0.1.1 release candidate.
I understand it's important someone else does the release manager's role as
well, but since this is a quick fix version I hope it's ok I took it again
upon myself.
We'll make sure next time someone else takes this role.

I've found the following issue with the 0.1.0 release:

I'm proposing the possibility of creating a quick 0.1.1 release
