Mentors: Justin just posted some comments on the following thread over on general complaining that some of the release artifacts do not have -incubating in the name.

After reviewing the release artifacts that can be found here: https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/incubator/ariatosca/0.2.0-incubating/ and asf-release script, it is generating artifacts using this, but I think there are some python artifacts not. I believe those were pushed that way on the last release to pypi, so nothing here has changed since the last release. Does everything have to have this in the name, or just some? Thanks! --Tom
