I am happy to setup a Zoom for this Thursday or Friday and take meeting 
minutes
which will be published to this list/Slack.  The challenge has always been the 
spanning
timezones.  Tal is in Central, I am EST and DJ is GMT+2 I think.  

I propose we book 10 or 11AM EST which is more or less in the center of 
those.

I think DJ meant by “we” that he internally uses Skype.  The Aria 
project
always used a Zoom session that was published to the mailing list and Slack.

We did not meet privately; all grooming meetings were made public and 
everyone
invited. I only added another grooming slot to accommodate DJ’s timezone 
(India) as others
were in PST, and he happened to be the only other participant for those couple 
of meetings.  
Meeting minutes were sent to Slack and the mailing list for every meeting.

public dev list, but the community is small enough that it likely felt
quite intimate. :)

I'm not sure what a meeting would accomplish. I have moved on from
AriaTosca, as I am no longer am paid to work on it. I can't speak for Tom,
but I imagine he would say the same.

I personally have no objections to someone else picking up the project and
taking it over.

I've contacted Cloudify, the company who provided the seed code and paid
for the majority of the work on it until now, but they have not responded.

Currently there is no pending PR's from my side. Earlier Tom and myself used to 
have one to one discussion for merging a PR.
We have many contributions pending from our side which we have made as PR yet 
as we don’t have any committer to acknowledge and merge it
I can send those contributions as PR, if we have committers to review and merge 
it.
