Related to ARIES-1140.
A service can be registered with multiple classes/interfaces. However, a
reference can only use a single interface for the lookup. In some cases, it
would be good to provide (via the "ext" namespace) a way for a reference to no
only implement those additional interfaces, but also restrict the reference to
services that implement all of the extra interfaces.
