Hello,
I would like to propose the following release candidate (RC0) of Apache Arrow
ADBC version 12. This is a release consisting of 48 resolved GitHub issues [1].
Please note that the versioning scheme has changed. This is the 12th release
of ADBC, and so is called version "12". The

I spoke to the DuckDB maintainers about this. DuckDB has a JSON extension
which defines a JSON column type. They intend to have DuckDB's Arrow
integrations recognize this arrow.json extension name on input and set it
on output.

I'm the author of Arrow GLib.
I agree with Pros/Cons you summarized.
If we have many development resources for the C# bindings,
it may be better that we implement the C++ bindings directly
like PyArrow does. If we doesn't, it may be better that we
use Arrow GLib to combine development
