Summary: Relationship end1 and end 2 are the wrong way round in
the instances

If you use the files that have been attached to ATLAS-1969, And create a
Glossary and a GlossaryCategory instance. I notice :

This is not correct, it should have injected a relationship attribute anchor.
Also the Glossary is :
