Summary: Search page showing unnecessary UI elements when no
records are found.

As seen in the attached screenshot, the search results page displays the
following unnecessary UI elements:
1. Columns and Column selector.
2. Check-boxes
3. Page Limit.
4. "Showing 0 records From 1 - 25 "
The above should not appear when no results are found for a query.
