Do you have a full log.
Most likely the enforce rules have failed because
- You are not running with the latest maven. (3.6 is current, 3.5.4 should
be fine. I think the check is only 3.5.0 or above)
- You are not running with a current version of Java. From *memory* it
might be 1.8 151 or
