No, not yet, I'm just poking around it. I can send you the little
diff by mail if you want.

Description:
How to reproduce:
1) Add Bigtop 1.2 repository
wget -O-
http://archive.apache.org/dist/bigtop/bigtop-1.2.0/repos/GPG-KEY-bigtop |
sudo apt-key add -
wget -O /etc/apt/sources.list.d/bigtop-1.2.0.list
https://www.apache.org/dist/bigtop/bigtop-1.2.0/repos/ubuntu16.04/bigtop.list
sudo apt-get -y
I'd say great +1 for this.
This extends Bigtop CI from crossing distros to crossing clouds.
I guess more descriptions will make it easier for users to understand if we
put then on the home page, we can discuss the details latter.
Mind to fire up JIRAs?

Hi all,
The failure is caused by BIGTOP-2490 that incorrectly assumes only puppet
managed deployment !!
Opened JIRA https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BIGTOP-2738
Amir Sanjar created BIGTOP-2738:
---
Summary: spark-worker fails to start
Key: BIGTOP-2738
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BIGTOP-2738
Project: Bigtop
Issue Type: Bug
Hi team,
Could anyone explain why we have spark-extras , a spark 1.6 package,
added to the ubuntu-16.04 repository for Bigtop 1.2? It should be all
spark 2.1 packages and not 1.6.
List of spark packages in Bigtop 1.2 repo:
spark-core/stable,now 2.1.0-1 all [installed]
spark-datanucleus/stable
Cool, I can get into it later in the week; do you have a branch I could
check out?

I've already begun to work on it (4.10.4 doesn't compile with the
jdk8/u121 used by debian, some story with
Arnaud, if you'd like to work on it together I'm happy to help.

Hello,
Is there any particular reason why solr is only at version 4.10.4
(march 2015) and not a recent one (like 6.5.0, march 2017) ?
Arnaud.
