therefore, it is available in those releases (and also in the git
history).
(I remembered there was a thread that Ivan raised before about Hedwig. I
can't find it now. So I raised this as a new thread.)
since Hedwig is kind of idle/inactive for a while, it would make sense to
move it to a contrib package and no include in future releases any more.
What do you think?
