I'm my pleasure to announce that Antoine Toulme has been voted as a new
committer to the Buildr project.
Antoine has been active on the Buildr mailing list for some time, submitted
a number of patches (bug fixes + enhancements), created a plugin
(Buildr4OSGI) and blogged about Buildr.

I will try devoting time to support Buildr users as much as possible going
forward.
I have a series of enhancements in mind, some coming from the work I did for
buildr4osgi.
But mostly right now I am all for pushing to get 1.4 out by mid-march.
