So, the problem seems to be happening consistently in the ftp component.
To prevent the jobs from hanging there indefinitely I added a hard timeout
of 7 hours in the test stage of the CI. So I have some time to debug and
try to fix this.

The camel-mail component uses the javax mail API which AFAIK does not
support oauth2 - or at least back in the days when I was fiddling with this
APIs then oauth2 wasn't a thing.
Anyone knows?
If not then maybe there is a way to plugin this, or if not, then maybe
microsoft has some other APIs
