additional context I'm missing.
I'm having a hard time picturing when you would select Force and when you
wouldn't.

Hi,
Is it required that a primary storage be in maintenance mode before calling
the deleteStoragePool API command?
In the GUI, you have to do this, but I wasn't sure if it was the same for
the API.
