Kubernetes cluster is stucked in the 'Starting' state, even though VM's,
LB, Firewall Rules are been created properly.
Have any one faced such issue?

Might be worth a comment in the commit pointing to the origin on the fork and
the Apache license contained in it. But I'd agree with Rohit.
