Issue in Setup KVM host with agent 4.18.1

All, Thank you for your comments and participation. I sense we're largely in agreement and logistically it wouldn't be possible to support EL7 now (reached vendor EOL yesterday), let's try and get the related PRs address this esp. in the release notes for the next major release (4.20 and onward
