I was able to build from source, upgrade, log in with different accounts
(user/admin), launch system and user VMs, and do some operation over the
VMs (stop/start/migrate).
Despite the test cases that failed, looks good.

regions and S3 as secondary storage and found both were either not maintained,
fully functional, or not widely used. So we were not sure if it can be used or
if anyone is using it, so they were at the bottom
