As some of you have noticed, by default the sitemap is not reloaded
after a change.
This is not a bug but a feature :)
Cocoon is by default starting in mode prod which disables reloading. So
you should specify the mode dev e.g. via a system property on startup:
-Dorg.apache.cocoon.mode=dev
