yesterday I started testing the forms block. I found out that some of
the samples were broken due to Javascript issues. It seems that for
example the car selector sample refers to an cocoon.ajax.Fader object
that does not exist.
I tried searching for it in the 2.1.10 as well as in the

Yes, the script in that page has fallen out of date with the rest of
the Ajax infrastructure.
Thing is, it does not actually cause errors for me . i.e. the
sample works here, it just does not do a fade.
