I've made following steps:
mvn archetype:create \
-DarchetypeGroupId=org.apache.cocoon \
-DarchetypeArtifactId=cocoon-22-archetype-block \
-DarchetypeVersion=1.0.0-M4 \
-DgroupId=pl.grek \
-DartifactId=testblock
changed mountPath to /.
cd testblock
mvn install
cd ..
