The infra user list doesn’t appear to be private. It requires a subscription

this has come up before, and that Infra has already done some research
into Discourse, not only in terms
After a closer look, I don't think Discourse brings too much value but
a new platform to track.
Although as long as it's a third-party integration that doesn't affect
the view from a pure mailing list user, I don't object it. But it
doesn't seem valuable to me.
