One thing to keep in mind is that any social media account counts as
public-facing messaging, so actual work on this would fall under the
auspices of Marketing & Publicity, because ultimately this acount would be
speaking on
Fwiw I'm in favor of being in every non-trivial social network if we have
people who will step up to
* Work with M to understand messaging
* Amplify official messages
* Engage with people on these platforms
