Thanks for the interest in bringing your project to the ASF. The standard
process for doing so is via entrance into the Apache incubator
(https://incubator.apache.org). The site itself has quite good documentation on
the Hows and Whys but if you need more info, don't hesitate to reach
I have a project that has been in development last 13 years, i do not see
any place on Apache where i can startup a new project.
