ideally we ship a point release every month and historically we'd be pushing to a MAJOR by the summer but this year we've slowed for my part, I'd like to start pushing faster again. on paper this should be possible. something like this would be great 3.6 june 3.7 july 3.8 aug 3.9 sept 4.0 oct

OK, I think this is a little more realistic: 3.6 July 3.7 September 4.0 Oct It's summer, we're an Open Source project, and while I would like to be ambitious, I'm also going on Vacation/Conferences and Speaking, and I'm pretty sure other people are going to be coming and going during those times

Hello all. I'm not a committer, so the schedule is up to you guys ;-). But let me see if I get this right: The 6-month deprecation means that after the release of 4.0 (presumably some day in October), developers have 6 months prior deprecating 3.x, meaning deprecation starts in April 2015? Or
