Thanks for preparing the release Adrian!

I checked the following items:
* checksums are correct
* signature good
* source tarball compiles and shows right version in assembly
* binary tarball executes (TCP)

Please use Gitbox or GitHub links from now on 
(https://gitbox.apache.org/repos/asf?p=incubator-crail.git).
I created an issue: 
https://issues.apache.org/jira/projects/CRAIL/issues/CRAIL-108 but I don't 
think it is  a blocking item.

Yes, “Apache Crail (incubating)”.

The main thing is that people are saying “Apache Crail” rather than “Crail”. 
(“Crail” is OK for subsequent mentions.)

* Release builds from source without errors
* Basic setup and tools work fine

Minor comment, we could give a better error message for the case where
JAVA_HOME is not set.
