Anyone working on Jira item cTakes-247? If not, I was gonna tackle it. And if no one is, is everyone OK with a python script that auto-runs the XSLT transformations with some pretty css/javascript? JG

I believe it is worth migrating to trunk. Note that the sentence detector is also complementary - the existing ctakes sentence detector is unchanged - users can choose which sentence detector to use. There are changes to assertion dependency parsing to support sentences without newlines, and
