Actually it is not as simple as I thought
Currently the website points to confluence:

or at link create a new page with the link to latest release:

Did Sebb say this? I went through this with him last year. I thought our Wiki
page was sufficient. I notice the PGP and SHA links are incorrect (old
version). Could that be the problem?
