+1 on releasing a 3.8.0
I think we should also include PR #1253, it's fairly small and can make schema
tests run much faster.
We also might want to merge all the dependabot/scala steward PRs. I'll go
through them today and then it should be quick for someone to give them all a +1
and merge.

Our reports are one-month off from quarterly. Feb-Mar-Apr is the 3 month
span we're reporting on.
