I had a quick look at

and using \{latestStable} looks right to me, but I'm neither familiar with the
site-buildprocess nor with ascii doc.
Maybe we should also change the [source
page|https://deltaspike.apache.org/source.html] to point to the new repo
instead of git-wip-us.apache.org/...
