The maven-surefire-plugin config looks like this: https://github.com/apache/directory-fortress-core/blob/master/pom.xml#L536 The variables ${exclude.tests} ${include.tests} ${testcase.groups} that are used there are not defined, correct? I assume different surefire plugin versions
