As a user I want to download backup on PC after backup execution uatomatically
so that I do not need to copy backup from SSN to PC manually.
*Acceptance criteria:*
1. saving backup on PC is offered for a user after successfully backup
execution
2. backup is saved on PC successfully
3. user can open/read a saved backup on PC
