I added two tools to the "helpers" directory
of the helpcontent2 CVS module (this is where the
online help source files reside):
1. Script to create a list of all help files
helpcontent2/helpers/helpdebug contains a Perl
script "allfiles.pl" that produces a list of
all help files in the mod
