Clayton, I'd propose to turn off captchas on edits.
In my eyes, captchas on edits are contraproductive: They hamper "real"
contributions whereas they don't prevent (human) spammers from putting
links to external URL. They only prevent bots from putting links, but
bots shouldn't have passed the
