[dpdk-dev] [PATCH v3 00/10] table: added table statistics

Added statistics for every type of table. By default all table statistics are disabled, user must activate them in config file. Changes in v2: - added missing signoffs Changes in v3: - removed new config options to enable/disable stats - using RTE_LOG_LEVEL instead
