With FELIX-4009 a {{lifecycle-mapping-metadata.xml}} was added
(https://github.com/apache/felix/blob/trunk/tools/maven-bundle-plugin/src/main/resources/META-INF/m2e/lifecycle-mapping-metadata.xml).
However, that only covers the {{manifest}} goal. In addition by default the
{{bundle}} goal should be ignored
(https://www.eclipse.org/m2e/documentation/m2e-execution-not-covered.html#ignore-plugin-goal),
because for incremental builds the overhead of always creating a JAR is
definitely too much.
Right now nothing is configured for the goal "bundle" leading to
warnings/errors like "Plugin execution not covered by lifecycle configuration".
